Mindfulness Self-Compassion

Becoming mindful and open to our experiences allows us to tend to ourselves. We become lovingly aware of our difficult inner experiences which then allows us to bring loving awareness/compassion to ourselves. Mindfulness self compassion is not self-pity. Rather, identifying where we suffer and/or have feelings of inadequacy allows us to better care for ourselves which in-turn allows us to relate to others and connects us to a shared human experience. We are not alone.
